To make sure your gifts arrive on time, please review our recommended order deadlines below. Cutoff dates are based on carrier guidance. We always suggest ordering early since shipping carriers can experience delays during the holiday season.

U.S. Orders

• Standard / Ground Shipping: Order by December 11
• Expedited Shipping: Order by December 17

International Orders

• Canada (from U.S. warehouse): December 4
• UK: December 4
• Western Europe: December 4
• Australia & New Zealand: November 26
• Rest of World: November 26

We ship to most countries worldwide—check the list during checkout to confirm your location. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay. For international orders, we’ve partnered with DHL to ensure fast, reliable shipping.

All international orders are shipped using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option, so any customs fees are prepaid—no surprises when your package arrives!

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because we want every product to be brand new and never repackaged, we aren’t able to accept returns—even for unopened items. Thanks for understanding!
